I received a clean accident report only to discover a few months after my purchase the vehicle had been involved in 2 separate accidents. Yes, there was a more accurate report that had surfaced. I was unable to trade the vehicle, but John Hiester finally agreed to take it back if I paid him $2500 for depreciation of a few months. That $2500 was my son’s college savings and I’ll forever remember handing you that check. Going through some old files, I ran across this file and decided to share. My son did graduate from college. Not friendly at all! The guy that sold us our car was not friendly at all. Also the day we closed the sale, the business manager that closed the deal was really mean with The guy that sold us our car was not friendly at all. Also the day we closed the sale, the business manager that closed the deal was really mean with an attitude. We would ask her questions and she was not knowledgeble. Kept saying she didnt know when we asked her a question. Did not smile and was rude!! Also the day I picked up my car, the car salesman said that the car was detailed. It was not detailed! Car was dirty inside and looked like whoever detailed it rushed just to sell it! It was night time and rainy, so we could not tell at that time. Until the next morning!! We had asked for a second key and car sales man said he could see about selling me a second key, when I was told by another employee that we could get a second key if we asked for one. I wont be buying a car from this dealership ever again!! More

Worst service department ever had to deal with I took the truck in for service on December 13,2018 for oil change and rotation and to apply a driver side assist handle. Once I had got home I saw th I took the truck in for service on December 13,2018 for oil change and rotation and to apply a driver side assist handle. Once I had got home I saw that the handle trim piece hand been trimmed instead of tucking In behind the dash like the passenger side and the piece that was removed. Now there is a gap we’re the trim piece sits on the dash. Called Mr Phillip Allen, parts and service director and never received a call back to get it resolved. The sad thing is that I was going to do the install and paid 31.00 in labor to have a professional do the install. What a mistake that was. More

Horrible Customer Service I purchased a passenger side window and door lock switch with the heated seat switches from them online, It did not work at all after install so i im I purchased a passenger side window and door lock switch with the heated seat switches from them online, It did not work at all after install so i immediately tried contacting them by phone and was forced to leave a message in which they never returned my call, so then I sent a couple e-mails about the situation and again no response I then went to a wrecking yard and got a used switch that worked perfectly. I realize that there is a limited return policy on electrical parts but I at least expected some kind of response back, In short they stole my $148.24 and I will never do business with them again More
