Sales people were glad, almost eager, to help us find what we were looking for and to answer questions. Dad walks w/ a cane and they brought the vehicle he wanted to see to him to decrease walking. I went to John Hiester Chevy because a friend had a very good experience and reccomended I give them a try and see what was available. The sales associate who assisted me was Stephanie. Stephanie was very friendly from the beginning and she listened to my concerns and helped to introduce me to a new Chevy Cruze. We looked at a couple of cars but eventually I chose the chevy cruze. I was also concerned about financing since my credit has not always been good but after working a bit with Jim we were able to work out something that fit into my budget. Both Stephanie and Jim took the time to get to understand what I was looking for and I appreciate that. More
