I brought my truck in because it would not start, until the tow truck showed up. The three service personnel were top notch professional already had the paperwork waiting to fill in the rest of the info. the tow truck showed up. Mr Tim said I would have a call within the hour, got a call back from in less than hour, they found the problem and had it ready to leave the lot… from start to finish less than three hours. I could not be happier, this Chevy dealership is just down the road from and will be my go to from now on. Thanks to Mr. John Hiester for having such a great team in place to handle grumpy ole customers and the Mechanics that serviced my 21’ Silverado!!! More

We’ve had nothing but issues with the service department, and getting issues fixed on a 2021 trailblazer! They supposedly fixed the check engine lights, and the turbo squeak by updating the software…. Now it and getting issues fixed on a 2021 trailblazer! They supposedly fixed the check engine lights, and the turbo squeak by updating the software…. Now it’s back, not to mention when we traded our Camry they didn’t turn the tags in, which resulted in lapse of insurance, and we don’t even have the car anymore, also we paid for taxes, tag and title at time of purchase which was in July of 21, now the tags are dead??? Sooo we paid taxes for just 3 months?? I wouldn’t buy a skateboard from them More
