We’ve had nothing but issues with the service department, and getting issues fixed on a 2021 trailblazer! They supposedly fixed the check engine lights, and the turbo squeak by updating the software…. Now it and getting issues fixed on a 2021 trailblazer! Now it’s back, not to mention when we traded our Camry they didn’t turn the tags in, which resulted in lapse of insurance, and we don’t even have the car anymore, also we paid for taxes, tag and title at time of purchase which was in July of 21, now the tags are dead??? Sooo we paid taxes for just 3 months?? I wouldn’t buy a skateboard from them More

I believe this dealership truly understands the meaning of customer service. They went above and beyond to rectify my problem. I previously used them for service since I purchased my truck from them. I recently changed and began using the Hiester location in Fuquay due to the much closer proximity to my home. After experiencing the contrast in customer service between the two, I will be returning to Lillington. Fuquay seems much more concerned with making money.
