Everyone was polite. I needed a battery. There are several to choose from. They did not ask me my preference just gave me one 60 dollars more expensive than the base battery for my vehicle. It came with a 42 month warranty rather than a 30 month. I still would have like to had been asked about what was affordable to me. It would also be nice it businesses that allow you to wait would setup two waiting rooms one for those that wear mask and one for those that choose not too. I probably will not return unless there is an issue with my battery or I have no other options. Sweet people not asking about what I wanted to spend on the battery was not ok. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion. More

Came in for state inspection- I was charged, then they failed my vehicle because of window tint. This is unacceptable because they saw the tint on the window and should have told me it was too dark, they failed my vehicle because of window tint. This is unacceptable because they saw the tint on the window and should have told me it was too dark, they shouldn’t have done the inspection to get money from me and fail me on a 2020 vehicle.
