It’s not a great feeling doing business with John Hinderer Ford in Washington Court House. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They start off by giving you a price chart, rather than what an actual price and payment will be. They will say they are giving you a three year bumper to bumper see plan, but that is not the case. It is additional to the price of the vehicle. My salesman could not get my name right. They put my first and middle name in, and forgot my last name. This is when I caught them on the up charge which was $3,000.00 more than the sticker price. My salesman Hunter and the general manager Taylor McIntosh convinced me if I bought a truck at the dealership, that they would fix the bed cover free of charge. If they couldn’t fix it they would replace it for free. I told them that had to be done, because I didn’t want a truck that would leak. That was why I wanted to look at Explorers and Broncos. After two attempts to do it, they said the service director along with Taylor and Hunter said sorry we tried. Then proceeded to offer me a replacement at $2,000.00. After going into the dealership, Daryl Saunders the sales manager told me too bad, you should have had a contract. After calling the dealership on the confused leaks on the truck bed, rather than honoring their agreement and repairs, they chose to hang up the phone on me. This was the service director and Hunter. When I talked to Taylor McIntosh. He said he would see what he could do and never got back with me. I messaged him two weeks later and still didn’t hear back. More
