I purchased a vehicle from John Holt Chevrolet in Chickasha, Oklahoma approximately two months ago. Since that time, the vehicle has been unreliable and unsafe, spending approximately four weeks in t Chickasha, Oklahoma approximately two months ago. Since that time, the vehicle has been unreliable and unsafe, spending approximately four weeks in the repair shop during my short period of ownership. The vehicle was first brought in for service due to serious mechanical issues involving oil and coolant. I was assured by their service department that the problem had been identified and fully repaired. However, within approximately two weeks of having the vehicle returned to me, the vehicle again experienced catastrophic failure, losing its oil and coolant—clearly the same issue I was told had already been fixed. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership for a second time, the situation became even more concerning. Despite obvious signs of coolant loss, the mechanic refused to acknowledge that coolant was leaking or running low. This directly contradicted what was visibly occurring with the vehicle and further eroded my confidence in the quality and honesty of the repairs being performed. As a mother of four children, I depend on a safe and reliable vehicle. The repeated failures, extended time without my vehicle, and lack of accountability from the service department have placed an unreasonable burden on my family and created serious safety concerns. More
