At John Holt Auto Group we recognize that you can buy or service your vehicle at numerous dealerships that offer the same products and services we do and sometimes for the same prices. That’s why we pride ourselves with putting our customers first, not only during the sales process and in our service department, but throughout our entire dealership. At John Holt Auto Group our dealer is a working dealer and he’s always available to help our customers whether it’s with purchasing a vehicle, answering questions, offering guests something hot or cold to drink to listening to a customer with a valid complaint.
We know our dealer, John Holt, has a passion for people, whether it’s helping an employee, or taking care of one our guests. John has had over 35 years’ experience in this business and has brought that experience to Chickasha back in 1999 when he started this business and still today his passion is probably burning brighter today then the day he started.
Matter of fact when he was searching for a tag line for the dealership he asked employees, customers and friends what they thought. One of them said “If I know you like I do, the hardest thing to do when purchasing a vehicle from you, John, would probably be picking their favorite color.” And so the tag line was born 17 years ago and customers still today tell John the hardest thing I had to do is pick my favorite color, meaning that the sales and service process was transparent and totally effortless. “That’s why I continue to do business here year after year and vehicle after vehicle.”
