That’s why we pride ourselves with putting our customers first, not only during the sales process and in our service department, but throughout our entire dealership. At John Holt Auto Group our dealer is a working dealer and he’s always available to help our customers whether it’s with purchasing a vehicle, answering questions, offering guests something hot or cold to drink to listening to a customer with a valid complaint.
We know our dealer, John Holt, has a passion for people, whether it’s helping an employee, or taking care of one our guests. John has had over 35 years’ experience in this business and has brought that experience to Chickasha back in 1999 when he started this business and still today his passion is probably burning brighter today then the day he started.
Matter of fact when he was searching for a tag line for the dealership he asked employees, customers and friends what they thought. One of them said “If I know you like I do, the hardest thing to do when purchasing a vehicle from you, John, would probably be picking their favorite color.” And so the tag line was born 17 years ago and customers still today tell John the hardest thing I had to do is pick my favorite color, meaning that the sales and service process was transparent and totally effortless. “That’s why I continue to do business here year after year and vehicle after vehicle.”

Dear John Holt, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ that I bought from your dealership several months ago. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle ex dissatisfaction with the 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ that I bought from your dealership several months ago. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle experienced a significant transmission failure that required a complete replacement, along with additional repairs handled by your service department to get all repaired it was a total of 18 thousand dollars. Given these early and serious issues, I have reason to believe the vehicle could be classified as a lemon. The trade-in offer of $1,000 that was extended to me by your appraisal manager is deeply disappointing and does not fairly reflect the repairs and hardships I have faced. This proposal falls short of representing the true value and condition of the vehicle. More

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. From my initial phone call to driving my new truck off the lot my experience was amazing. Junior and Kurtis were so great that I ne this dealership. From my initial phone call to driving my new truck off the lot my experience was amazing. Junior and Kurtis were so great that I never once felt like I was dealing with salesman. It was just like hanging out with friends. When it came time to do paperwork, which is always the worst part, George made it simple and quick. He also was so helpful in dealing with an insurance payout that was delayed. These 3 gentlemen in particular went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and stress-free. And for a female purchasing a truck alone this was very important. I felt respected. I am so grateful I made the drive to Chickasha and will definitely return when the time comes! More
