I recently bought a 2023 Ford Bronco at Kennedy Ford. I the whole process was seamless. I usually hate dealing with most dealerships, but this process was so easy and stress free. Rob Morris the sales manager helped me complete much of the paperwork before I arrived. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in. The salesman Paul I dealt with was great. Nice guy and easy to deal with. He walked me through setting up the Ford app on my phone and the particulars of the Bronco. He introduced me to Tony the finance manager, which usually the worst part of buying a car. That's when the high pressure sales usually happens. He ran me through the numbers and mentioned a few packages they offer. No high pressure nonsense. I do not usually enjoy the car buying process, but this was a very easy process. Would definitely recommend these guys. More

I drove about 45 mins after I got off of work with my family - my wife and 5-year old. My wife was super excited since this was going to be our first car together and we wanted to do this together. Got on the lot ready to purchase a preowned Ford Explorer I had seen on their website and was met by Jason. I showed him the car I was looking for that I had found on their website only to find out that it had already been sold a few days prior. That didn’t disappoint me too since I figured that was my mistake and should've called prior to coming in. From here, our interaction begins to go downhill. His was beginning to turn rude and unprofessional by this point and started using foul language. He begins to recommend other Explorers on their lot that I wasn’t interested in and we decided to walk into the dealership research Ford Explorers that were available in some of their other dealerships. We found an Explorer that looked pretty good but the price point was too high and out of the range I was intending to stay in. I asked if we could discuss the price and possibly negotiate it down a little since I was going to paying for it outright. This is when he said to me that “paying cash means dogxxxx to a big dealership like this ....... people come in and buy cars all the time ...... we are a big dealership, we don’t ever negotiate prices, and sell cars all the time around here.” I work in customer service and was completely surprised at what he just said. The rudeness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism had continued for far too long. I wasn’t angry nor did I retaliate. I would never talk to another individual like that. All I said after that was “well I guess I’m going to have to just keep looking”, got up, got my family and left the dealership. More
