When I came up to look at the car, there was a fluke with the sprinkler system. We were outside for about 30 mins in the hot weather. All of the staff were polite and grabbing water for everyone. It made the experience even more memorable. Instead of a bad experience, they made the trip more enjoyable of an event beyond their control. The purchase was very easy. I really appreciate Josh accomodating to our schedule to finish our purchase. He came back after his hours to finish the purchase at our convenience. More
