No help Went in this morning with the plan to buy a car. I went into the showroom. There was a reception desk with no one there. There were three gentlemen at desks. One said hello. The other two continued to look at their computers. I looked at the cars on the showroom floor. I went to the outside lot and looked at those cars. No one offered to help. I appreciate the low key approach. I would have appreciated more a, "Can I help you?" More

Great buying experience They didn't have the exact trim and color I wanted but instead of ordering a car for me and/or potentially not closing the deal Pat suggested a differ They didn't have the exact trim and color I wanted but instead of ordering a car for me and/or potentially not closing the deal Pat suggested a different, slightly more expensive model, in the color I wanted. Wasn't expecting to get a bigger engine but they gave me a great price so I jumped at it. Pat was also very knowledgeable on the models, trims, colors, financing and quickly answered all the questions I had. They gave me a great price and walked me thoroughly through the warranties they offered. Liked that part of the experience quite a bit. Glad to have joined the Kennedy family! Alex More
