Horrible experience with Donte and Darian of Roseville Kia. We had an agreement that I was going to lease a vehicle and was picking it up last Sunday. I asked them what I needed to do to make the transact Kia. We had an agreement that I was going to lease a vehicle and was picking it up last Sunday. I asked them what I needed to do to make the transaction smoother and was only told to fill out the online finance form. Never did they ask for a deposit or anything. I get a text the Saturday before that they sold the car. Never did they call to tell me they were going to sell it. Totally unprofessional. This whole interaction only reiterated why most people HATE buying a car. More

On 9/24/2021, I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 a.m. arrived at 11:06 a.m. for a routine Maintenance service. ___ Chris was a new employee respectful with attempting to assist me. However, his c a.m. arrived at 11:06 a.m. for a routine Maintenance service. ___ Chris was a new employee respectful with attempting to assist me. However, his cohorts did not display internal customer service with helping him to be successful in thr process. ___ Lacy was extremely rude and lacked customer service. I inquired if Lacy could help me? Lacy verbally stated that she was busy, as she was about to walk away. When I said can you please just find out the status of my car. Lacy walked behind the desk rolling her eyes and stated your representative is Chris. I informed her the status, but since you do not want to help me I will wait for Chris. ____Chris returned from helping others and assist me. Chris and Lacy walked out to the mechanic shop, by now I have been waiting 2 hours and 37 minutes. Chris returned stating, I have a nail in my tire do I want to repair the tire. I declined stating I wanted my keys to leave. ____I walked to the maintenance area to see what was taking so long, the mechanic looked at me slammed my trunk and verbally stated "I don't give a xxxx". I just looked at him. ____I walked back into the service area. Another customer service representatives, informed me politely stating that someone will help me shortly. The same representative asked Lacy is she still busy and can she help Chris. Lacy stated that she was still busy and smirked looking directly at me. I declined her help and waited outside until the next person was available. ____ The customer service representatives that checked me out then stated that I did not, have a maintenance warranty and Chris will have to check with Finance. Then the gentleman, stated that he located the warranty and I only have one service maintenance left. I stated that is impossible, I only get my vehicle service twice a year. Please explain how, he said I had to contact Finance for the warranty. ___I contacted the finance department on 9/24/2021 at 3:00 p.m. to confirm that I had a maintenance warranty. I confirmed that I had a maintenance warranty for 5 years and 10 maintenance service. ____I left a telephone message after my depature on 9/24/2021 for the service manager Jim Allen and still no response. I have requested a email with all the services since 2018. Over the few years, of getting my vehicle service at Roseville Kia. I have never experienced such horrible retaliating customer service. Compare and contrast after my encounter with Lacy. I had a nail in my tire and then my warranty disappeared in the system, then reappeared with one service warranty available. My suggested outcome is to find out a solution of what occurred with my maintenance warranty? Also, schedule customter service training on how to work in a busy environment with a smile, no non-verbals, and rude sarcastic remarks. More
