Terrible experience. Bought my new 2020 GMC Denali Carbon Pro Duramax truck in July. Since new it has had a vibration between 70-80mph. Took my truck in for the 7,500 complimentary first GMC service Carbon Pro Duramax truck in July. Since new it has had a vibration between 70-80mph. Took my truck in for the 7,500 complimentary first GMC service and they said even though they would rotate the tires, they would not rebalance them because it’s not covered under the service or GMC factory warranty. I will never do any business with this dealership again. I bought a $70k truck and they won’t balance the tires without charging me. Ridiculous More
