Too bad tut here are no negative stars. I made an appointment a week in advance for oil change, tires rotated and balanced and all hoses and belts changed. Great Customer Service. Very friendly and worked very quickly. Finance Dept. Was quick as well. Those would be the reasons for my return. I left feeling ok with them just didn't feel like I got the best deal on price, they were not willing to work much at all with that. I bought and paid outright for vehicle anyway against my better judgment but mainly because of convenience at the time and not wanting to drive to more places but if your looking or REALLY needing to get auto at a fair or great price do your research first and go the extra few miles. They are awesome in friendliness and no pressure but they run a take it or leave it with the prices. They may have just been upside down on the particular vehicle I bought though, not sure. But I will most likely shop other places first next time if price is my goal. The 200.00 they were willing to go down on vehicle went right back in plus another 200.00 (400.00 total) more in dealership fee in final paperwork at time to pay. Happy with the vehicle, love it but I know I could have done better considering age, mileage etc. Thank You. More
