I live in NC and John Thornton in GA worked out a great deal for me. I got to the dealership late at night due to major car accident going through SC but they stayed and completed the deal and made sure I deal for me. They even had the car fully charged (Chevy Blazer SS EV) and detailed before I arrived. Would highly recommend and will use again.Thanks Clyde and Derek!! More
I took my truck to this dealership for repair on 8/22/25 and my experience was TERRIBLE. They said I needed front struts replaced, a motor mount and an alignment. Not only did they quote me parts cost that and my experience was TERRIBLE. They said I needed front struts replaced, a motor mount and an alignment. Not only did they quote me parts cost that were DOUBLE the going rate for the parts, they charged me a $348 diagnostic fee for a service that was covered by my warranty, which by the way they originally quoted as $483 before saying they miscalculated. The sheer RUDNESS of the service tech Reagan is unfathomable, she literally told me that me questioning why they were overcharging me for everything was "neither here nor there". Such an unprofessional service department. TERRIBLE!!! SCAM!!! More

Once my vehicle was done, it took at least 30 more minutes before I went to the desk to ask if it was ready. It was only then, I was told it was complete. My service guy was good except that he laughed off an issue and kind of dismissed me when I told him my car has had since purchase - he said I just My service guy was good except that he laughed off an issue and kind of dismissed me when I told him my car has had since purchase - he said I just need to break it in to get the brakes to stop squealing, which upset me, as I have had the car for a year, but I just wasn't in the mood to continue to be dismissed, so I just shut up about it. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service but hopefully the next visit I will be taken seriously about an issue More
