I had to have my battery replaced. That took some time because they had to go to another shop to get it. Made an appointment to have my brakes checked and do oil change. Took 5 days to get an appointment (not bad) I was told they could do what I needed and I would be out by 6pm. HOWEVER arrived 30 min early fo change. Took 5 days to get an appointment (not bad) I was told they could do what I needed and I would be out by 6pm. HOWEVER arrived 30 min early for an 11am appointment. By 3 pm they had not touched my car. I spoke to the service mgr who made some remarks about them being behind (didn’t tell me that when they took my car and left me with no transportation). Had to take uber to leave the dlr then come back at 2 pm the following day. They had my truck 11 hours. This is unacceptable why bother with an appointment, and in cost me $100 plus in uber services. No compensation was offered and the excuses is no excuses at all. Very poor service. More
