Very Disappointed I played phone tag with an internet salesman and the managers for a week only to be told at the end of the week that the truck that we were negotiatin I played phone tag with an internet salesman and the managers for a week only to be told at the end of the week that the truck that we were negotiating the entire time was actually SOLD. I was told several times that I would be receiving a follow up phone call but it was me that had to call to get an update every time! They might have the lowest prices in GA but their service stinks and is unreliable. During my last conversation with a manager I expressed my concerns and he just shrugged it off like he could care less. Luckily I was able to negotiate with one of my local dealers and get a great deal too. Might not have been the perfect truck that I found at Thornton but the customer service was a whole lot better and well worth the sacrifices of not getting a few extra accessories!! More
