The General Manager, Dan Ramsdell, went to bat (on my behalf) with GM to ensure I was satisfied with my new purchase despite being initially defective. He got me a free 100K, 5 year extentended bumper-to-bumper warranty (on GM's dime) because he wanted to make sure that I continue to purchase Chevy's. He showed genuine concern, & communicated with me regarding my vehicle status well. this was a great experience especially after being very disappointed with the first dealership that “serviced” my car.
