I opted to clean the inside of the car until the service was complete. Walking into the service center, I was not greeted only looked at, after speaking I asked the guy that wass closest to the door (I don't know his name) did I park in the right spot, he replied yes that is fine and directed me to next available person. The older guy on the far end (he was straight forwarded which is fine). He asked the general questions, What brings you in here? Do you have an appointment? etc. I advise him that I wanted the complete care service, there was a recall on the car and No, I didn't have an appointment set. He then advised me that it would take around 1 - 1 1/2 hr to complete and that he would work me in. Im not sure how long it actually took to complete to service because I was talking to the parts guy about weather mats and to other employees of the dealership. Returning to the service office, the older guy did state that he was looking for me..(they are much friendlier on the other side...lol). After leaving the dealership I went home (house) and decided to go ahead and place my business magnets on the front car door. Upon me doing so, I notice the nice size dent that was left on my front passage door in the crease area... Everytime I look at the door I become upset and disappointed because I took my car to the dealership to be taken care of, not for it to get damaged. The following day, it was raining, so I had to use my windshield wipers and guess what I found another issue that I didnt have before going to get my car service. Let's just said this I'm not sure what happened over in the service department but this is a brand new car. Like I just purchased this car the end of June, there is no way my left wipers should be bad already. I will not get my car serviced here again. The Parts, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and even Allstate, I've had great experiences with them all, they really set the bar high. Also going off the experiences that I've had with the other departments, the expectations that I had for the service center was unmatched. More

SHADY SALE TACTICS - Riding Fine Line Between POOR and FAIR In the interest of full disclosure, let me begin by saying that I was certainly not the easiest customer of the week. Meeting my needs was challengin In the interest of full disclosure, let me begin by saying that I was certainly not the easiest customer of the week. Meeting my needs was challenging given my personal circumstances (abnormal credit situation), but they delivered. From a positive aspect, the sales team was very attentive and helpful, and the finance manager worked with me to put together a pretty fair deal. I came from out-of-town to make the purchase, so the large majority of our dealings was via telephone, which is a challenge in and of itself. Nonetheless, as I said, they delivered. The vehicle was fully detailed and ready to go, along with all the paperwork, upon my arrival so I didn't have a long wait (4 hour RT drive for me). Victor was great; however, he didn't perform the delivery orientation of the vehicle with me as I would have expected. In his defense, it was just after closing time, so I know the gentleman was ready to go home to his family, so I don't really consider this a failure in performance, but simply constructive feedback. The only reason I am giving them a "FAIR" rating as opposed to an "AVERAGE", is due to the single negative aspect below. Now, for the negative aspect of my experience. Be very mindful of the questions that you ask these folks about the vehicle you are interested in purchasing, because at times they may be tempted to use sales tactics that are nothing less than SHADY. Over the course of three days of negotiations and trying to tweak the terms of my deal, I repeatedly asked a very simple question of the sales manager - "what are the total miles on the vehicle?". Although I purchased a new, 2018 vehicle, I still wanted to know the total miles, as I assumed there would be some test drive miles. I didn't receive an answer to my question until approximately 1 hour prior to my departure from my home town to go to the dealership. The answer to my question - 2600 miles, on a vehicle that I was told was brand new with a "few test drive miles on it". These folks attempted to hood-wink me, beyond a shadow of a doubt. They somewhat rectified the situation by giving me an additional amount off the base price, but only after some argument and threatening not to come finalize the deal. The additional amount I received off the price of the vehicle still probably wasn't enough, given the situation. So, be very careful with these folks. More
