The price was fine, but they failed to show me a CARFAX and the vehicle was REPORTED STOLEN and they never disclosed that to me. I understand it’s my duty as a customer research the Cecile before buying, b and the vehicle was REPORTED STOLEN and they never disclosed that to me. I understand it’s my duty as a customer research the Cecile before buying, but for a franchise to not show a carfax and knowing it was previously stolen is not right. Why didn’t I check? Because I trusted I was buying from a franchise dealer, not a buy here pay here dealership. Bad business practices! Be aware before buying here, not honest people or upfront with the vehicle history or prior history. More

Brought in to unlock radio! Already knew that was a gamble with a used radio module! Was advised that got unlocked but then locked back! Welp I then got Mobile Diagnosis to unlock radio module with success! Thorton Chevy charged me anyway! Where Mobile Diagnosis was not going to charge me if he couldn’t unlock! Little food for thought 💭 before you go my route! Was not happy at all about my experience at Thorton Chevy! More

Great experience purchasing a new truck from John Thorton Chevrolet. Tyler was an excellent salesman and Dell was excellent to work with as well. After you purchase a vehicle, sometimes you get a "not so g Chevrolet. Tyler was an excellent salesman and Dell was excellent to work with as well. After you purchase a vehicle, sometimes you get a "not so good" feeling about the deal you just closed and sometimes you get a "really good feeling" that you were treated right and paid a fair price. My experience was that really good feeling! I would definitely recommend this dealership and their people. More
