The buying experience was very easy since the vehicle was purchased on line. The salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Wish the DEF tank was full upon delivery, little over 1/2 full. Vehicle was delivered with less than a quarter tank of fuel when we were told it would be filled. Vehicle only had one key when two are required for the sale, we had to buy the second at extra cost.
