Spent about $4k on two vehicles 2020 and 2022 in the same month. Both had to return with the original issues not resolved. My Traverse started shaking after my tire rotation. That has Never happened before in 7 years. I Was told i would have to pay $79.99 to have the tires balanced. This is something that was done or not d That has Never happened before in 7 years. I Was told i would have to pay $79.99 to have the tires balanced. This is something that was done or not done on the service departments end. My Right front tire blew out a week later on i285. I can’t say this is why it blew out, but it’s not a coincidence because my tires were fine. I was told maybe a manager could work something out for the tire balance. . I will continue to have my oil changed at John Thorton, but i will never have them rotate my tires again. Ever!! More
