Well, What would you think about a dealership telling me that a car that they have advertised and verbally confirmed that the car was there, when it is not. I flew half way across the country to purchase th that a car that they have advertised and verbally confirmed that the car was there, when it is not. I flew half way across the country to purchase this car. When I arrived there I was told that the car was on its way from another dealer. I waited for over an hour and a half and the car never showed. I had to leave after that time to catch a flight back home. This little experience cost me time, 0300 - 1130 at night, not to mention expensive travel costs. It is probably a good thing that I was not there to see the "pristine" car in person. The pictures that were sent show a well used and abused car. These folks reinforce the world's opinion that used car dealers are some of the lowest forms of life on this planet. BEWARE! There are many more things that were said during this experience that were all lies as to why updated pictures could not be sent etc. Eventually, I agreed to purchase the car after the front bumper and grill were repaired - they refused to do that until I purchased the car. Then, they backed out of our agreed to price, saying that there "must have been some sort of communication issue". And to top it all off. The Sales Manager said that they would pay my travel expenses... guess what? Again, avoid this dealer like the plague More

Its too bad that they have lost us as customers over something that probably costs them less than $150...
