The salesperson we worked with was Matt Hamilton, who deals with Internet sales (we had identified the car we were interested in on Car Gurus) He is a wonderful person and did not pressure us in any way. He got us the deal we wanted and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The whole process was accomplished very efficiently and respectfully. We were astonished to discover that a one year bumper to bumper warrantee was included in the amazing deal that we negotiated. The dealer had only one key but made a promise and put it in writing that we would have a second keyless entry key within a week. We plan to return to Johnson City Toyota for our next purchase and highly recommend this dealership and Matt Hamilton! More

Worst dealership I have ever delta with! The level of incompetence at this dealership is astounding to witness. They ordered the wrong truck. So I had to wait twice as long for the right truck, they "lost" the deal sheet. So they went back on a already agreed to price. Was supposed to get floor mats with the truck. They at first ordered only the front and not the back. Only after having to argue once more did they get the back mats. I was asked to give a good review. Of course after everything I had to go through i did not. So my wife got fussed at by the sales manager for it. Avoid this place if you value your time and money. More
