very poor experience My husband was looking for a reasonably priced toyota truck .He found 1 online and called them about it. He offered them a fair price which was NADA book, meaning that is what the car lot can sell it for top retail. They said come on down we will work out a deal. We get there, test drive it and start to look at numbers. There lowest price was 2000 OVER retail. Then he proceeded to explain the price. Needless to say, he didn't leave room for questions about why used car salesmen get a bad rap. He proved the rule. Wasted trip to johnson city..we could have been told his deal over the phone ...no leaving house required. More
