Not up to par My husband and I were car shopping and decided to look at a 2015 Toyota. A salesperson approached us and we told him exactly what we wanted and what My husband and I were car shopping and decided to look at a 2015 Toyota. A salesperson approached us and we told him exactly what we wanted and what was required on a new car. He pointed out a Camry and we test drove it. Seemed to be what we wanted so we decided to start negotiating. As the process proceeded, I noticed that two of our requirements were not on this car! So, back to the lot to find the right car. After a short time, we were back negotiating with another car. Not the easiest to deal with, but after a time, we came to an agreement. We left the lot with our new 2015 Camry with the temp plates attached. Our temp plate has expired and I contacted them and they stated the perm plate would be in the mail in a few days. We waited over a week, no plate. Called back and our salesman personally delivered another temp plate to us and said the perm. plates should arrive within the week.....a week has passed and still no perm. plate! What are they charging over $400 for???? They should be able to go and get the plate the next day and get it in the mail to the customer. More

When meeting with Dylan, he got right down to business and found us the car with the package that we wanted in minutes. Negotiating price was the easiest experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Dylan was right up front in asking what it would take for us to buy a car that day and we were able to drive our new car home! Terry Sewell the Delivery Coordinator could not have ben more helpful. She gave us all of our warranty/information books, along with important phone numbers. Because of Terry, when the car was delivered to us at the front door, it had been totally detailed and was dry, even though it was a rainy day. Terry went through all of the features and even hooked our phones up to the bluetooth system. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We would highly recommend JC Toyota for your next car purchase.
