Great experience Buying a new car for the first time was super nerve-racking and even though I ended up having to order my 2015 Highlander and wait for it to arrive, i Buying a new car for the first time was super nerve-racking and even though I ended up having to order my 2015 Highlander and wait for it to arrive, it was well worth the wait! I love my new car so much! Kelly was awesome to work with while I waited for my car to arrive and didn't mind my weekly calls to check in! Terry was a delight to interact with discussing everything I didn't and probably still don't really know what my car does! Tyler really broke down what my payment would be and what I wanted to pay! Also, Brett who sold me the car was very personable and a big help! I really enjoyed my first new car buying experience thanks to JC Toyota! More

Liars and Sexists! I was told they would honor an Auto Trader certificate. After driving 4 hours to get there, those idiots offered me $6,000 BELOW the Auto Trader offer I was told they would honor an Auto Trader certificate. After driving 4 hours to get there, those idiots offered me $6,000 BELOW the Auto Trader offer. I was honest about the mileage and condition of the truck. There were no problems that couldn't be corrected with tough up paint and removing one dent! I'm sure if I had been a male the offer would have been much higher. "Very Happy" I purchased my car new in 2011 from Shane. I had purchased from Phil Bachman on 2 previous vehicles and stopped by on my way to North Carolina (to pur I purchased my car new in 2011 from Shane. I had purchased from Phil Bachman on 2 previous vehicles and stopped by on my way to North Carolina (to purchase an Avalon) and just "talk " to Shane per my brother-in-law. I had an absolutely great experience with Shane and would highly recommend him! He is extremely professional and courteous. I have loved my car and have had really good experiences with the service (John). I am glad I stopped and purchased my vehicle from them instead of going to NC. I will return to Shane when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. More
