Liars and Sexists! I was told they would honor an Auto Trader certificate. After driving 4 hours to get there, those idiots offered me $6,000 BELOW the Auto Trader offer I was told they would honor an Auto Trader certificate. After driving 4 hours to get there, those idiots offered me $6,000 BELOW the Auto Trader offer. I was honest about the mileage and condition of the truck. There were no problems that couldn't be corrected with tough up paint and removing one dent! I'm sure if I had been a male the offer would have been much higher. If I could give them a lower rating I would. More

"Very Happy" I purchased my car new in 2011 from Shane. I had purchased from Phil Bachman on 2 previous vehicles and stopped by on my way to North Carolina (to pur I purchased my car new in 2011 from Shane. I had purchased from Phil Bachman on 2 previous vehicles and stopped by on my way to North Carolina (to purchase an Avalon) and just "talk " to Shane per my brother-in-law. I had an absolutely great experience with Shane and would highly recommend him! He is extremely professional and courteous. I have loved my car and have had really good experiences with the service (John). I am glad I stopped and purchased my vehicle from them instead of going to NC. I will return to Shane when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. More
