Most Painless Car Buying Experience Ever! Zack, our sales associate, made this such a smooth and easy process. After we placed our order, he kept in touch with us via text every week to keep us in the loop and assure us that everything was still on track. Great communication! When our vehicle finally arrived, we got to meet some of the other tremendous people working at Johnson City Toyota. We wanted to have a trailer hitch installed on our new RAV4 hybrid and the associate in the parts department got the order placed and scheduled an appointment for us to have it installed once the parts arrived. Craig finished up our financing application and walked us through our warranty options and add-ons to go with our new car. Everyone was tremendously friendly, very respectful of our time and never gave us the hard sell. Just clearly explained what our options were and let us pick (or not) whatever we felt would be a good fit. At every stage, people offered to answer any questions we might have about the purchasing process or about the vehicle itself. It is a very strange time for the car market. We constantly see stories of dealerships marking up vehicles simply because they can. At Johnson City Toyota, we paid MSRP plus tax and a very (very) small lot fee. I’m sure if we had decided not to buy this vehicle for some reason they would’ve had no trouble quickly selling it to someone waiting on the list behind us. But despite that, they never treated us like they took us for granted and every person along the way made us feel like they appreciated our business. Thanks to Zack and the whole team for helping us get into a great new vehicle and we look forward to being customers for many years to come! More
