(78% increase between the trade-in value and what they listed it on the market for, which is $10,500 profit for them.) They are undervaluing your trade in, and over-charging the next customer! After all that, they will press you for a 5-star review. Hilarious! More

I am never one to make reviews but I was so angry with Johnson City Toyota. Recently went to get an alignment on my sons 2015 4Runner after installing a leveling kit on it (Which I have done over 20 insta Johnson City Toyota. Recently went to get an alignment on my sons 2015 4Runner after installing a leveling kit on it (Which I have done over 20 installs before on 4runners and other vehicles.) I also needed to verify if the ABS monitor wiring was broke or disconnected after installation of the leveling kit. If so, I was going to install the wiring harness myself it's not a very big issue. After setting my appointment and waiting for over an hour I received a call saying that my oil change was done and that they wouldn't be doing the alignment. I never wanted the oil changed all I needed was an alignment. When I went out to speak the service rep Zay (who was very nice and patient with me) was speaking with the Tech when I came outside. The tech had no logical answer to why he wouldn't do the alignment, he also said in the video that I was leaking oil in the sway bar and tie rod......There is no oil in those locations, and it was grease from the ball joints which is expected after having a leveling kit installed. Being treated like your stupid is one thing, but being lied to is another. I will never return to this service department. I also urge people to do your research before taking your vehicle to be serviced by JC Toyota. More
