I am downgrading my rating from three stars to two after dealing with Daniel in the finance department. Once the dealership has your money they become completely unresponsive in my experience. Do not expect dealing with Daniel in the finance department. Once the dealership has your money they become completely unresponsive in my experience. Do not expect phone calls to be returned and when you do reach them expect a heavy dose of attitude. One or two individuals can sour what previously had been a positive car buying experience.
