This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. I was able to submit everything via text to give to the salesperson, Zack Leab, to get a head start. I've negotiated the price over the experienced. I was able to submit everything via text to give to the salesperson, Zack Leab, to get a head start. I've negotiated the price over the phone in less than 10 minutes and Koree was very accommodating. When we got there the whole process only took about an hour and the financial person saved us money by going through a different lender and Credit Union honored the different rate (1.9%). Can't beat that. All in all, I would definitely go back and buy another car at Johnson City Toyota. It was an easy and relaxed atmosphere and no stress involved. Happy with my new Honda Pilot. More

I would never go back. I had an appt today for an appraisal on my cadillac that they were wanting to buy. So the manager would never come out an look at my car he kept sen I had an appt today for an appraisal on my cadillac that they were wanting to buy. So the manager would never come out an look at my car he kept sending a new guy he had only been there 2 days. He was not familiar with pricing on the vehicles for sale. So he came bk an saud the manager offered you 4000. A very LOW BALL OFFER FOR SUCH A HIGH PRICED CAR IN GREAT CONDITIONI. THE MANAGER HAD NO DESIRE TO TALK TO ME OR ANYTHING. I DONT DO BUSINESS LIJE THAT. IF YOU WANT MY BUSINESS DONT TREAT ME THAT WAY. BUT THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS. I WENT TO ANOTHER CAR LOT WAS TREATED LIKE A QUEEN AN GOT AN OFFER THAT WAS VERY FAIR ON MY CAR. UNLIKE TOYOTA. THEIR ADVERTISING IS NOT HOW IT IS. WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT AN I WILL BE TELLIN EVERYONE HOW TOYOTA REALLY IS. More
