Mike met us with a smile and listened to us as we made our decision. "Not the car you wanted, no problem". Mike said "let's see what we can do." Mike worked very hard over the next couple of weeks as she made her decision. Mike found a car, not on the lot but still at the factory, and it arrived just like he said it would.
