Marcus helped us narrow down between choosing a 4Runner or a Highlander and was very welcoming by offering a test drive of both. Marcus held the Highlander we wanted after coming back a couple of days later to look at it even though we didn't ask him to. The buying and trade-in process was easy and smooth. Koree the sales manager gave us a fair deal on the Highlander and our trade-in with straightforward offers on paper and was very reasonable with negotiation. Dylan our finance manager stayed late to help us get a decent loan and was very helpful in explaining all the details for additional packages. I would recommend buying a car from here, especially with the included Lifetime Engine & Powertrain warranty provided. More
