I took my Rav4 to them just 30 days after purchasing the car in March from a different car lot. My transmission was slipping and I needed a diagnostic test. They called me back after about an hour and told car in March from a different car lot. My transmission was slipping and I needed a diagnostic test. They called me back after about an hour and told me they had run a diagnostic test on it in November just 4 months prior which concluded that the transmission was bad. I paid the 100.00 for the test before they called me back. Here's the thing, they couldn't physically give me my results on paper because it was dated in November. They charged me for a test that the previous owner had already paid for so technically, I was paying 100.00 for the information. It wasn't enough that I just spent 12,000.00 on a car with a bad transmission. More
