We were “sort of” looking for a newer vehicle, so our close friend told us to go to Johnson City Toyota, where he has bought a couple vehicles. We bought our Ford Explorer XLT on November 30. I called our salesman, Adam Mosley, who told me not to worry about it and that he would talk with the used car director (Kelly). He assured us “we will take care of you.” A little while later, I spoke with Frankie Brian, sales manager, who told me to bring our Explorer in the next morning and re-assured me by saying “we will take care of you - we’re not going to leave you hanging.” It took several days for repairs as parts had to be ordered, but Frankie and Kelly stayed in touch with us daily, and Adam delivered our Explorer to our home 50 miles away when repairs were completed. We are so impressed with the way we were treated and “taken care of “ by these three individuals. We are so thankful we bought our vehicle from Johnson City Toyota Used Cars. The integrity of Adam, Frankie and Kelly is exemplary. If we ever need to buy another vehicle, we know where to go. In the meantime, we will recommend Johnson City Toyota to our friends, and even those who complement us on our beautiful Ford Explorer XLT !!!! Nothing but good words for this dealership !!!! More
