Radically overpriced service Just spent $170 on an oil change there....seriously....no joke. And that was just the beginning, a couple of fluid flushes and a wheel rotation/balan Just spent $170 on an oil change there....seriously....no joke. And that was just the beginning, a couple of fluid flushes and a wheel rotation/balance/alignment later and I ended up just short of $1,000. One thousand American dollars. Service rep was vague about specific services needed and evasive about pricing. They did pitch in a 5% coupon, and an additional $50 when I questioned their math. I know dealer pricing is always going to be higher, but I have taken another car to Johnson City Honda for years and never had the same feeling of being completely financially violated. What's done is done. You get to keep my money, but I get to keep my business in the future. Not sure if JC Honda knows how to work on Toyotas, but I'm going to find out. More

Great buying experience.....until finance This was the second vehicle we purchased from JC Toyota. Our salesman Travis Mullins was a pleasure ti deal with, as was Kelly Winchell our sales mana This was the second vehicle we purchased from JC Toyota. Our salesman Travis Mullins was a pleasure ti deal with, as was Kelly Winchell our sales manager. The whole process was smooth with no pressure. The accessories saleman, Mark Arnett was great as well. Then came the finance team. Craig was good to deal with and polite, but an issue arose with proposed extended service plans, mainly me not wanting them. Craig had to go get his finance manager to take them off of the deal. This guy (can't remember his name) came in wearing his Boston Celtics hoodie, and just had a very bad overall demeanor. After I had to repeatedly tell him no as well, he acted like I had wronged him in some way and acted very pushy and like I was a hassle. That was the worst of it with the deal. Everyone but finance was a pleasure to deal with. More
