I didn't plan on making a purchase today I had spent all day at car lots asking questions and getting a runaround until I went to Johnson city Toyota. From the time I walked in the door of the showroom, I was greeted and met my salesman Luke. He discussed our options and what we wanted in a car, took a test drive and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car, buying process and peripheral aspects with my purchase. After the test drive, I was ready to go home to consider the purchase, the salesman asked what he could do to make the deal, I gave my terms and he was able to work the deal on the spot. Every person we dealt with was spectacular, the general sales manager even came to us to make sure we were being well taken care of. To excuse the car pun, but they go the extra mile to make their customers smile More
