Bought a new Highlander We had done research and had the decision down to three different manufacturers. When we arrived at Johnson City Toyota, we were greeted by Levi Ande We had done research and had the decision down to three different manufacturers. When we arrived at Johnson City Toyota, we were greeted by Levi Anderson who was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle and then pointed us towards a Highlander XLE. We looked at the different seating configurations and he demonstrated how they worked and allowed us to try them. He was very well versed in the model and allowed us to test drive a new Highlander. We talked some more and said thank you and went home - no pressure. He just said, "Let me know". The next day we returned and had a deal we were very happy with in less than 45 minutes - including the trade-in. We signed the paperwork with Andrea Dalton-Schaefer- which took a while, even though she explained that to us as quickly as she could. Ivan Sanders took us on the new vehicle tour. Everyone we talked to was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. The sales manager, Todd, was very pleasant and gracious when we met him and came out to thank us for buying a car from them. The bottom line is that we were treated wonderfully, got a deal we are very happy with and drove home with our new Highlander the same day and love it! Great dealership to do business with! More

I got an estimate on cars.com for selling my 2014 Elantra and these clowns wanted me to sell it to them for thousands less than it's worth, and they keep calling my house after I told them there's no way I'd sell my car so cheap. Some stupid girl salesperson of theirs calls during lunch hour. I wouldn't deal with them if they were the last car stealership on earth, They're a bunch of greedy losers in my book. These crooks have to make thousands on every transaction which is good for them but terrible for the buyer. More

Come up today as it won't be here long...the dealership is 2 hours from me. I scheduled a time and called again before I left the house. All good. I get there and the sticker says 2015, I'm looking for a 2016. "The girl who lists those is paid $8/hr. She made a mistake." The price is $3000 more. "Oh...the other one sold yesterday. Let's make a deal on this one..." More
