Grant was our salesman and was excellent help to send us a personalized video of the car we wanted. He also worked hard to get us a deal we could work with on our trade and the new vehicle. We are in Knoxville so some of the deal was accomplished with him on the phone. We did spend 3 hours in the showroom waiting on our trade in to be checked and waiting to turn our check over to the finance people. They really try to sell you one of the high priced vehicle extended warranties. When we turned them all down it felt like it hurt their feelings. Still, This is a much better dealership to trade with than any of the Knoxville Toyota dealers. So I will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for all your help Grant. More
