NEVER AGAIN! Ben Lafollette ripped me off last year with the "Passport to Savings" coupon. I specifically asked for a synthetic oil change for the coupon price of Ben Lafollette ripped me off last year with the "Passport to Savings" coupon. I specifically asked for a synthetic oil change for the coupon price of 21.99. I was supposed to receive a free filter with that offer. 21.99 turned into 33.36 and that included the "free" filter. The sad part is, I didn't know that conventional oil was put in my car, even though I paid for synthetic. I was lied to and overcharged. I discovered this when I went back this year to use my new "Passport to Savings" coupon. The price for synthetic oil with free filter, car wash, etc. was still 21.99 but Brittany Davis told me my car took conventional oil and when I told her that I always use synthetic oil, that's when she dropped the bomb. She also told me that I would have to pay an additional $11 for synthetic oil. So 21.99 went to 43.00 and, once again, I was charged for the filter & gasket. The only "free" thing I got both times was a multi point inspection. Hopefully, they rotated my tires. That was supposed to be included for "free" and so was the car wash, which I never got either time. But how can I trust a company that doesn't deliver what they promise? And lies? And overcharges? Fool me once, but never twice. I will not get service from them again, and I will never recommend them to my family or friends. More
