Great service and a great price Bought a used truck from Johnson City Toyota last Friday. Awesome group of folks. Since I was driving from Knoxville I called ahead to make sure the vehicle hadn't been sold. Frankly I was shocked because the price was so low. When I arrived, they had pulled the truck to the side of the building and placed a sign in the windshield with my name. I was impressed. Chris Woodby was a knowledgeable and professional salesman. Josh in the business office did a great job as well. The fact is, even though I showed up with a check from my credit union, they were able to finance me at a rate over a full point lower. This will save me over $1000 over the live of the loan. I'm particular about the people that I do business with. These folks impressed me. I would highly recommend Johnson City Toyota. Please take your car elsewhere to have it fixed. It is amazing I have over 15 friends who have also had issues with them, for some they could not even do an oil change right or and alignment. More
