Thanks to Sales Consultant Tom O'Hare, I left the dealership with a new Jeep Sahara! Many thanks to Tom who is the ultimate Sales Person and the Johnson Team who got me through the process seemingly effortlessly. Tom explained all aspects of the process and since the new model is quite different than the older one, explained the various nuances of the new automobile. Never Again Brought a Used 2012 ram 2 Door Bighorn from them in 2016. This was after I bought My wife a 2015 Latitude From them. Post purchase I ran a carfax on the Vehicle and apparently it had been in an Accident which Salesman Moog did not reveal to me. Then the passenger side exhaust fell off which they patched up....a month later the drivers side fell off which they flatly refused to honor a repair on it. This is the thanks I get for being a loyal customer to Johnson Dodge. I will not be back for any service and or parts, Im going elsewhere and, Mr. Johnson I hope you are listening. Great Experience From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly smile and never felt any pressure in the process. Linda, the salesperson, From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly smile and never felt any pressure in the process. Linda, the salesperson, knew that I was just there for a test drive and that I was going to buy a jeep in the next month or so. She still took her time going through the differences in the Wrangler models options and colors until I was sure which one I wanted. Three weeks later I called her and while they didn't have what I wanted on their lot, they did a search and had it there in just a couple of days. I live a good distance from the dealership so they did all of the financing through email and by the time I got there to pick up the Jeep the whole deal took about 15 minutes to complete. I have purchased a good amount of vehicles in my life and would definitely recommend Johnson for a great buying experience. Ask for Linda she is a Mopar nut and that helps you feel comfortable knowing how much she believes in the product. More
