Do NOT use the service department at this dealership. Shady! Has continuously missed things during routine maintenance and even after admitting it will not own the problem. Terrible customer service. Super sloppy work for a dealership. Would not recommend to anyone that needs service. I had my jeep scheduled for pick up and drop off which was the Super sloppy work for a dealership. Would not recommend to anyone that needs service. I had my jeep scheduled for pick up and drop off which was the only thing that this dealership did correctly… I was quoted for $3,000 for my repair (shocks, filters, fluids, spark plugs) even tho I have extended warranty. I declined the work and they said the warranty would cover the front struts but not the rear. I agreed to that. The vehicle was picked up on a Friday and I was told different dates for the competition of my work. It took over 1 week for the front struts to be completed because at first the “technician had to leave” so the job couldn’t be completed. Next I was told that 2 other technicians were assigned to the job that day. The next day, I was told that they had gotten the wrong part so there was another delay. Finally after waiting for more than 1 week, the jeep was delivered. I looked at the struts that were changed and noticed how sloppy the work was done. There were fresh scratches to the other suspension parts on both sides of the car. One of the strut mounts in the engine bay is missing the rubber seal which will not cause other issues. I then heard a “hissing” sound coming from the rear passenger tire that wasn’t hissing prior to Jeep touching the car. Needless to say, I had a flat tire as a result of Jeep’s taking off/putting on the rim and probably driving on a nail (i haven’t checked my dashcam yet). I had to pay a mechanic to fix my tire. I turned the Jeep on and noticed that my radio was factory reset. I didn’t have any of my vented seat or heated seat options nor did I have my back up camera in the screen. I asked my service advisor if the dealership could provide a complimentary oil change and rear shocks replaced. She said that she would have to run it through her supervisor (Ann). The next day, I called and asked for the status of the complimentary oil change and rear shocks and Courtney stated that she was not aware of my request. Courtney said that she would call Ann on her day off and see the status. After literally 10 seconds on hold, Courtney said the shocks were denied. Needless to say, this dealership is all about making money and could care less about the client. More
Good luck getting your vehicle serviced in a timely fashion. Had my 2020 Jeep in on a Thursday got it back on the following Wednesday. Tech did a good job of diagnosing the issue and I was only charged fashion. Had my 2020 Jeep in on a Thursday got it back on the following Wednesday. Tech did a good job of diagnosing the issue and I was only charged 1 hour, however I had to rent a car for 6 days due to their non-availability. And good luck with your warranty, they only reimburse $40/day for car rental(hope you like those electric scooters to drive your kids around in). FCA/Stellantis products and their caring about customers is non-existent. More

Couple months ago I called because the head rest was defective. They ordered one to replace free of charge. It arrived and no one ever contacted me. I contacted them and had to wait another couple weeks (3?) to get the headrest put in. Last week they put the new one in. Whoever put it in didn’t even noticed there was a tear In it. Big as life. Either they didn’t notice it or thought I wouldn’t notice it which is insulting. I complained to one of the managers. Said they’d get a new one. 7 days later still have not been contacted about when and if they got the new one. Poor business. More

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, so I went in to look at a used car, everything checked out and I told them I would be back next week to put in my down payment. They agreed and I signed a form STATING the final ag car, everything checked out and I told them I would be back next week to put in my down payment. They agreed and I signed a form STATING the final agreed on price and that they would hold the car for a week for me and not have it listed for sale anymore, prompting me to pay an $100 deposit for this. Everything was fine until they called me 2 days before I was supposed to go in and finalize the deal and told me the car was sold a few days ago and that they forgot to “tag” the car... First, I talked to Amy (my sales rep) TWO DAYS prior to this call to touch bases again and she said NOTHING about the car being sold. If the car was sold “a few days ago” why wouldn’t she bring it up when I talked to her literally two days ago. Secondly, when I left the dealership that day after I made the $100 deposit to hold the car, they put a sign in the car that said SOLD as I was leaving. So you’re telling me someone took off the sold sign after I left without consulting anyone and just said F*** it?? I’m 100% they got some dummy to overpay for the car, which is why they cancelled my sale and made a bs excuse, but wow. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DON’T VALUE OR CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Really really bad look. I have a lot of family and friends in the area and will be sure to tell them to steer far away from this place. More

Both were not ready to hear my issue and I was requesting them to run system check and both were like we cannot do without good battery and were stuck to their NO. They quoted me $230 to replace the battery. Total rip--off. Wasted my day there. FF next day I went in with new battery, they installed and ran system check and charged me $240. Total rip-off. $240 to run system check. Never again to that place and will never suggest anybody. More
So Very Disappointed! Our Jeep commander has been at Johnson since July! Delays and more delays, they were always waiting on a part. Twice they told us it was fixed it was not! Finally took Service adviser for a ride, she agreed and said we needed a new transfer case. This should have been covered under our power train warranty or the 2nd Lifetime warranty that we purchased. Unfortunately it was not because we did not have the power train inspected in 2017 even though the car was in for warranty service work in 2017. Apparently the sticking point was it needed to be inspected within a 45 day window. Trying to get this resolved with Chrysler, as it is a $4400. repair. Still waiting. Still with out my car! Why is it they can remind me when I need an oil change or wiper fluid but no one ever told me I needed to bring my car back or I would void my warranty? Can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Johnson! More
