Was told they MIGHT be able to get it done that day but no promises. They did not call back on Monday. They did not call o n Tuesday. On Wednesday I called them. Was on hold over 5 minutes. Finally had to leave a message as the secretary picked up and stated that no one in Service was available. Waited until mid-afternoon and when they still had not called back - I called them. "oh yes - your car is ready" - no explanation as to why no call. If I had not called back I probably would still be waiting. Time to look for alternatives. You can't treat me like that and expect to keep my business. More

The sales department is kno My husband and I have purchased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees from Johnson. We were both diehard GM loyal for more than 20 years. The sales department is knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. Our specific experience was with the service department. We had a couple of lights on and took our Jeep to Johnson for repair. This particular Jeep was high mileage but in excellent condition otherwise. When the problem was diagnosed. It was going to be a very expensive fix. All at the same time, my husband was going in for spine surgery, for the third time and his prognosis was life changing. Long story short. The employees and even Mr. Johnson himself pulled together to make a very stressful situation, a minor issue. I just want to say Johnson Dodge is a top notch place to do business. I will forever be a loyal Johnson Dodge customer. There aren't many of those types around anymore. THANK YOU JOHNSON DODGE!!! More

Fantastic Service I went in to Johnson Dodge for the safety recall issue regarding the side mirrors. While there I also had an oil change done. Great experience. At first I was told it could take some time to finish possibly 2 + hours. I spoke with Vanessa and told her of the time constraints I had and she managed to find a way to get all the work done in less than an hour. Great service with a smile. We all know going into a dealer service department can be a trying experience. My suggestion, go talk to Vanessa. She seems to be able to get things done. More
It's a stealership, what did you expect. Brought in 2002 liberty for recall, they installed a trailer hitch to protect the fuel tank and replaced a switch on the transfer case. When we got home I noticed the 4wd shifter had no resistance. Looked underneath and the linkage rod was not there. All I could think of was some dumb tech was in a hurry to finish up a warranty job and forgot. Where do they find these incompetents? I'm no stranger to mechanics and I feel terrible for people who rely on these morons for reliable repairs. What if it was snowing and my mother needed to get home? Then whose problem would it be? Think very carefully before choosing this bunch of romper room kiddies as a repair source. More

Recently, while waiting for our car to be fixed, I asked my wife to check out what they had available. Ken Taylor came right up and spent the whole day with her showing her cars and test driving. Really made her feel comfortable. They joked, had fun, my wife saw some nice cars and later brought me back to the dealer after work. Sure enough Ken found us a gem and we purchased the car. Ken even spent time with us talking astronomy!!! I would recommend going into Johnson Dodge and asking for Ken Taylor...it was a great experience and now I have the car I needed. Thanks Ken. More
Truly selfless employees, put customer first! What a wonderful experience. Wen't here to fix something a previous mechanic screwed up. The service manager Dennis was extremely helpful... A fuse What a wonderful experience. Wen't here to fix something a previous mechanic screwed up. The service manager Dennis was extremely helpful... A fuse was blown when work was done on my car the week prior. The establishment who did the damage refused it was their doing, even though the car was returned to me in a state riddled with electrical problems it hadn't had prior; extremely disheartening. Dennis and his team of professionals did a quick diagnostic and assessed that it was a simple blown fuse. On top of being such a pleasure to deal with, Dennis replaced the fuse and felt so bad for what I went through, he did not charge a cent!!! It's good to know that there are still some service managers out there that put the customer first. I would certainly buy a car from here or get work done anytime just knowing the way they operate is truly selfless. More
