When I set up the appointment with Drew, he reviewed what was needed to be done, looked carefully over my vehicle and said there may be some hidden dammage. He stated it would be 2 full days of work and would work with me if they needed to go an extra day (which it did). When my vehicle was completed it looked as good as a new car. I have always had great service and repair work but I would like to compliment John Dodd in the body shop for the excellent service and the extra effort he put into making the recent accident less annoying. My car was in good condition all over before the accident, but it is in better condition now, since the repairs were completed. I highly recommend Toyota products as my Prius has 97,000 miles on it and still delivers great gas mileage and recommend, as well, Jones Toyota and body shop for great maintenance after the purchase.
