I have dealt with the Jones dealership for years and have been extremely satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with Kirk Newcomer. Kirk is very personable and knowledgeable and you can tell that he enjoys his job and wants to make sure that the customer is happy. I went in to replace my Acadia with the new Acadia, but was unhappy with the decrease in size. Kirk was then able to show me the Honda Odyssey, which was a much better fit for me. Prior to even seeing the car, we reached out via email on a Sunday about the vehicle we were interested in since there was no pictures posted of it yet since it had just arrived. Kirk emailed pictures to us first thing Monday morning. We planned to come see the vehicle Thursday, today. Kirk made sure that the car was nicely detailed prior to our trip up to see the vehicle. On arrival to the dealership, Kirk met us right outside and pulled the vehicle right up for us. We took a nice test drive, including highway and side roads to ensure we were really able to see how the car drove. At no point during the process did we feel pressured into buying or hassled about anything, which is a nice change from normal dealership experiences. The whole process was painless! My wife contacted Kirk Newcomer (Internet Sales Manager) on a whim b/c we did not feel like we were getting "the best" deal from another dealership on My wife contacted Kirk Newcomer (Internet Sales Manager) on a whim b/c we did not feel like we were getting "the best" deal from another dealership on our lease trade-in. Kirk was great, found the vehicle we wanted and put us in it for less than the other place's "best deal" by $30 a month! This was all conducted via email etc. We do not live close so the day we arrived they had all the paperwork ready to go, the vehicle was ready and the process took about 30 minutes and we were out the door in a new GMC Yukon! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very straightforward, honest, and very professional. My salesman Kirk Newcomer was amazing. Kirk was knowledgeable, accommodating, and down to earth. I felt absolutely no pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Also, I had my daughter with me and one of the other salesman Christer Hansson took his time to show my daughter how to draw people. I thought that was very sweet and kind of him. Exceptional experience I wanted to leave a review of an exceptional experience I had with Jones GMC. I found a 2016 CPO Sierra 1500 on Car Gurus. I emailed the internet sale I wanted to leave a review of an exceptional experience I had with Jones GMC. I found a 2016 CPO Sierra 1500 on Car Gurus. I emailed the internet sales manager Kirk Newcomer about setting up a test drive. He got back to me and set up a test drive that Saturday. My wife and I drove over an hour to see this truck. As we pull into the dealership, the truck was front and center, cleaned and ready to show. Now mind you, I have a 2000 GMC Sierra 1500, so I haven’t seen a salesman for a long time. We were greeted with friendly and courteous people and met Kirk for our test drive. We went for a very long drive to get a feel for the truck and tested every kind of road. We were explained everything about the truck and all questions were answered. Not only having the excitement of getting a newer truck, Kirk made us feel like an old friend. When it came time for the financing part, we met with Colby Hoffman who made this part of the truck buying experience very easy and fun. I love this truck and I am glad we went through Jones GMC.
