Over the years, we have dealt with many car dealers and have not met one we were so completely satisfied with; as we were with Kirk. He took time to help us chose the right vehicle, be sure it was completely ready for delivery and was completely set up for our personal use. That included programming our cell phones and garage door opener. Kirk had a very professional, low key approach to customer service. We didn’t feel pressured, as we have with other dealers. Even the tedious process of handling the paperwork was made easy and pleasant. I met with Kirk back in February looking for a vehicle with third row seating. I had previously tried to go back to where I had gotten my car at the time but they pretty much blew me off and wouldn't help me. He asked me lots of questions to fully undestand what my situation was and what I was lookong for and why. Kirk explained up front what situation I was in and how it wasn't going to be the easiest to get out off but he was gonna try. He really  made me get what I needed to do and why. We ended up deciding to wait it out a little and see if anything that fit my needs came along. Kirk emiled me several times threw out that time with options but nothing was working out. In the beggining of June I was hit from behind by a pick up truck and my car was totaled. At this point I went back to Kirk told him what happened and asked him what he could do for me. He thought he had the perfect vehicle for me unfortunately being young and not having a lot of credit established that car wouldn't work out. Kirk again explained to me a few more options I had and how these would help me in the long wrong. We decide on what is now my new vehicle! A wonderful used 2012 kia sedona!!! I'm so thankful to kirk for all his help. He made sure I understood all aspects and steps we were taking to make this work. It was an awesome car buying experience. I feel that years down the road when it come time to get another new vehicle I will be back at Jones with Kirk!! Unbelievabl car buying experience! A month or so ago I started thinking about trading in my Chevy Trailblazer. I had a budget in mind but didn't really know what I wanted. I just wanted A month or so ago I started thinking about trading in my Chevy Trailblazer. I had a budget in mind but didn't really know what I wanted. I just wanted something different. I contacted Kirk, gave him my budget, and told him to keep an eye out for something good. A little while later he sent me some info on a white, GMC Yukon Denali XL, telling what a great vehicle it was. I was hesitant. I did not want a white SUV. Not only that it was a year older than what I was currently driving. Kirk persisted, telling me what unbelievably good condition this vehicle was in. He told me it was "loaded" with all the options. I still resisted until one afternoon when a beautiful white GMC pulled up in front of where I work! Kirk had driven the vehicle to me. Not to pressure me into a sale but to make sure I Knew what I was Passing up. We took the Yukon for a test ride and found he was right! We worked out a deal there and then! When I told him I would be over to the dealership to finalize thing the next day he said "If its more convenient, I'll come back here with the paperwork and we can finish it up here." So that's what he did. I got a great deal on a awesome vehicle without even having to leave my office. That was pretty cool! Thanks Kirk. More

He was a very knowledgeable and genuine person taking alot of time to explain the different cars to my daughter and treating her the upmost respect. He took a lot of time explaining the process of buying a car to her and went out of his way to help her feel comfortable and as a father I appreciated that. He spent time finding a car that I was comfortable with and she liked and made the experience a great one for both of us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get there child into a new car as he takes the time and has the understanding to make it an enjoyable time. More

Good experience We have been looking for a good used car to fit our small budget and needs. We looked at 3 dealerships before finding the Jones add in the Auto newspa We have been looking for a good used car to fit our small budget and needs. We looked at 3 dealerships before finding the Jones add in the Auto newspaper and found just what we thought we needed-- a 2005 Saturn Vue priced under $5,000.00. It was worth the trip to Lancaster to check it out. Kirk Newcomer impressed us by telling us right off the bat what was wrong with the vehicle-- it needed new tires and the AC didn't work. He was quick in telling us about costs, which was wonderful. After taking it for a test drive we liked it and wanted to buy it that day because of other things going on in our lives that we didn't have time to go back and forth to Lancaster (about a 40 minute drive). What was very special was that Kirk went out of his way to take care of us. He stayed late at work on a Saturday to help us buy the car that day. Also, he and Tom helped us find a bank that would give us a loan. Naturally, the bank took its "pound of flesh" and we're not thrilled with how much we're going to have to pay in the long run, but really things couldn't have worked out better. Poor customer service and dishonest pricing I strongly encourage potential buyers to look at other options before purchasing with Jones. When I went last week, it was one of the worst experience I strongly encourage potential buyers to look at other options before purchasing with Jones. When I went last week, it was one of the worst experiences I have had with car shopping! I had planned on purchasing through Jones. My husband and I test drove several cars, that went okay. However, when we were ready to work out the pricing, we were given numbers that were several thousand dollars higher than what we had researched as the fair market range for an Accord LX (base trim level) and EX (mid trim level). Furthermore, we showed them the Honda website with a special of $240 a month for the LX lease. They were trying to charge us about $100 more per month for the LX and they attributed it to "taxes" (that was a lie, the taxes were around $20). There was a lot of back and forth (so much time wasted) just to get to the advertised price. Furthermore, the sales manager told us he was not aware of this special. My husband and I were in disbelief, how could the sales manager not be aware of nationwide advertised specials (tv and internet)? It made no sense and it was very poor customer service. My husband and I agreed that Jones would not be getting our business. I requested online quotes from Ciocca, Ebersole, and Piazza. All gave me quotes for thousands less on the EX than what I got from Jones. I ended up going with Ebersole because they were straightforward and customer-oriented. I got a lease for an EX that was less than what Jones tried to charge me for an LX (nationwide special). I want honest, straight-forward, hassle-free car buying, so I will be sure to avoid Jones in the future! More
