Dealing with Sales associate Ron Henry and Sales Manger Jeff Siegrist was as good as it gets. They were both very accommodating and answer my tons of questions. I am a retired guy who has spent many years in the automotive / heavy vehicle industry so I want ALL the straight facts! So when I found this Enclave on GM's Certified web site, and contacted the Jones dealership, Ron Henry immediately responded to my email and we then chatted via phone. I live in Bucks Co., PA about 80 miles from Jones Buick GMC of Lancaster, PA. The Enclave was everything I was searching for and they represented the car with 100% accuracy. Jeff Siegrist even sent me a video of the Enclave before I drove out to see the car! That to this old car guy.....that is " Old School" and that impressed the devil out of me !! Well, I got there, test drove it and closed the deal.....no B.S. , even their F & I guy was a real gentleman and very pleasant to deal with. If you are local to Jones and looking for a vehicle, new or used......take my advice and don't waste your time shopping anywhere else......get there and tell them that Big Jack ….that old car guy, told you to give them a whirl !
