Dakota and Tom were great to deal with, Dakota spent a lot of time with me, and with Tom's help worked to find us a deal that worked for our needs. Bought it in the morning and picked up our Silver Acadia in the evening, went smooth, even the paperwork didn't take more than 10 minutes to fill out for our new lease. It was a difficult settlement as Jones requires a certified check even after checking my high credit score and I wasn't even going to borrow any money!!!??? I had to spend a lot of time and effort making financial arrangements to satisfy them. Andy was really a great guy, very laid back not like most auto salesmen. Made purchasing a high end car much more relaxing. After driving my 2003 CRV with 200.000 miles I'm looking forward to a wonderful experience with my new RDX. Hope i'm not disappointed!!!! More
